wij zijn de Red Hat Society

Ons doel is om vrouwen van (doorgaans) boven de 50 jaar te verbinden door samen culturele en gezellige activiteiten te ondernemen. Red Hats zijn er over de hele wereld en we organiseren ons lokaal in “chapters”. Elke chapter is dus een eigen afdeling met een eigen queen.

Red Hats doen niet aan politiek, religie of goede doelen. Wij vieren het leven op elke leeftijd en we koesteren vriendschap. Bovendien zijn we op zoek naar nieuwe interesses.

Onze chapter

Onze chapter, Oranjewoud, organiseert 1x per maand een gezamenlijke bijeenkomst of activiteit.

We zijn niet gebonden aan één vaste ontmoetingsplaats: we vinden het geweldig om nieuwe plekjes te ontdekken.

Bij elke bijeenkomst gaan we gekleed volgens de regels van de Red Hat Society: we dragen een rode hoed en paarse kleding. Dit verbindt ons en maakt ons herkenbaar.

Iedereen is welkom: ook vrouwen van buiten Oranjewoud.
